Own the brand, run the storefront, ship to the customer.

The group builds and operates independent consumer brands. For each one we select the catalogue, produce the marketing, run the online store on Shopify, and handle customer service and returns directly.

Orders are placed by consumers on our own storefronts and paid by card or PayPal at checkout. Goods are dispatched to the customer from partner warehouses under fulfilment agreements held by the group.

Sales are made in euro across the European Union.

Each brand is operated by the group under its own name and its own domain, with published terms, returns policy and contact details.

Accountable, and reachable.

The group runs a deliberately narrow operation: a short chain of responsibility from sourcing and marketing spend through to customer support and finance, across every brand.

Customer enquiries are answered from the brand's own support address. Refunds and returns follow the published policy of each storefront and applicable EU consumer law, including the statutory right of withdrawal.

Bookkeeping and the statutory audit are performed by an appointed corporate services provider in Hong Kong.
