Milfontes Commerce Group is the shared name presented on this institutional website for two independent legal entities: a Hong Kong limited company and a Wyoming LLC.
The Hong Kong company was incorporated in July 2026. The US LLC was formed in October 2026. Each entity remains responsible for its own business, contracts and communications.
Operations
The Hong Kong company’s published operating model includes product selection, marketing, Shopify storefront management, customer support and returns handling.
Consumers order physical products through the relevant online store. Goods are dispatched directly to customers by third-party fulfilment partners. The seller is identified in the storefront’s terms and checkout information.
The presented storefronts include Maison Chloé in France, Martha Lindau in Germany, Sayuri Kyoto, and Vitrales de Toledo in Spain for home décor, with the Spanish storefront in preparation. No current storefront is attributed to the US LLC on this website.
